1. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to register an account.
2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and KYC process.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and API keys.
4. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion for compliance or security reasons.

1. FortuneChain provides AI-optimized staking services across multiple blockchain networks including Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, and Cardano.
2. All staking rewards are generated through blockchain network participation and are subject to network rules and conditions.
3. We employ proprietary AI algorithms to optimize staking strategies, but do not guarantee specific returns or performance.
4. Platform availability and staking services may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or due to network congestion.

1. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency staking involves substantial risk including but not limited to: slashing penalties, network downtime, validator failures, and market volatility.
2. Past staking performance is not indicative of future results or rewards.
3. Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically, affecting the value of staked assets and rewards.
4. You are solely responsible for understanding the risks and making informed decisions about your staking activities.

1. Minimum staking amounts apply as specified for each staking pool on our platform.
2. Unstaking periods vary by blockchain network and are subject to each network's unbonding periods.
3. Withdrawal requests are processed according to blockchain network requirements and may take several days depending on the network.
4. We may require additional identity verification and source of funds documentation before processing large withdrawals.
5. Platform fees and network gas fees apply as detailed in our Fee Schedule.

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

1. Use the platform for illegal activities, money laundering, or terrorist financing
2. Attempt to manipulate staking rewards or engage in any form of network abuse
3. Share your account access or private keys with third parties
4. Use automated systems or bots to interact with our platform without explicit authorization
5. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI algorithms or proprietary technology
6. Engage in any activity that may disrupt or impair our platform's functionality

1. All platform content, logos, AI algorithms, and software are the exclusive property of FortuneChain and protected by intellectual property laws.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal staking activities.
3. No content, algorithms, or platform features may be reproduced, distributed, or created into derivative works without our written permission.

1. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice, except for immediate termination in case of Terms violations.
2. We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspicious activities, or legal requirements.
3. Upon termination, all staked assets will be unstaked according to network unbonding periods and returned to your wallet address, minus any applicable fees.

1. We are not liable for staking losses, network slashing events, market volatility, or changes in cryptocurrency values.
2. We are not responsible for technical issues, network congestion, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
3. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims is limited to the total platform fees you paid in the six months preceding the claim.
4. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security.

1. Disputes will first be addressed through our customer support team with the goal of reaching an amicable resolution.
2. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
3. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Delaware, USA, and conducted in the English language.
4. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
